About these terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Aurelian DUMITRU, trading as HR Bridge. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the parts that apply to your account and activity.
If you use HR Bridge for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
- Operator: Aurelian DUMITRU.

What HR Bridge does
HR Bridge provides online work-finding, recruitment, verification, job-advertising, application, interview-communication and related support services. Where an activity is regulated by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 or the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, these terms operate subject to those requirements.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, HR Bridge introduces candidates and employers but is not the employer, does not employ or pay candidates, does not control workplace conditions and is not a party to an employment contract. Employers make all hiring decisions.
Verification is a risk-reduction process based on information reasonably available at the time. It is not a guarantee of identity, honesty, qualifications, solvency, suitability, job performance or a successful hire.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter these terms. If you are under 18, contact HR Bridge before registering so we can determine whether the service is appropriate and what consent is required.
- Provide complete and accurate information, keep it current, use your own identity and do not create misleading, duplicate or unauthorised accounts.
- Protect your password and account access. Tell us immediately if you suspect compromise or unauthorised activity.
- Employer accounts must be created and used by authorised representatives. The main employer owner controls team membership and is responsible for team activity.
- Permissions limit what a team member may do. You must not evade a permission, verification state, suspension or technical control.
Candidate work-finding is free
HR Bridge does not charge candidates for finding or trying to find work. Candidate registration, profile creation, required verification, job search and applications are free.
You are never required to buy another service to access work-finding services. Buying an optional service does not improve verification status, search position, candidate visibility, access to jobs or the likelihood of interview or employment. Refusing or cancelling an optional service will not cause detriment to your work-finding access.
Separate terms for optional candidate services
This section is a separate schedule applying only when a candidate chooses a paid CV review, CV rewrite, video review, mock interview, LinkedIn review, career package or another clearly described non-work-finding service.
Before purchase, the checkout page identifies the service, price, provider and delivery approach. The fee is payable to HR Bridge through Stripe. HR Bridge will contact you to arrange services that cannot be delivered automatically.
You may withdraw from an optional service at any time without penalty or any effect on work-finding access. Give written notice to the support email. HR Bridge will not require more than five business days’ notice. A reasonable amount may remain payable for a service already supplied at your express request; refunds remain subject to the statutory cancellation rights below.
- Within 14 days of an online service contract, a consumer may normally cancel without giving a reason.
- HR Bridge will not begin a personalised service during that period unless you expressly request an early start. If you request an early start and then cancel, a reasonable proportion may be payable for work supplied up to cancellation.
- If a service is fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end once performance is complete.
- If HR Bridge has not started work, an eligible cancellation receives a full refund. If HR Bridge cannot supply the purchased service, the relevant payment will be refunded.
- Nothing in this section limits rights where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or is otherwise faulty under applicable consumer law.
Employer plans, credits and add-ons
The checkout page states the current price, included posting credits, credit-validity period, listing duration and applicable features. The free Launch Offer is available once per verified company, not once per user account. Paid plans may be repurchased when more credits are needed.
A posting credit is consumed as described at purchase and does not guarantee publication. A job must satisfy employer verification, content, transparency and review requirements. Expired unused credits and expired listings are handled according to the plan description shown before purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
Automatic add-ons, such as a featured placement or urgent badge, activate after confirmed payment and an eligible job selection. Human-delivered add-ons begin after HR Bridge contacts the employer. Recurring services continue for the stated billing period until cancelled in accordance with the checkout information.
Payments, renewals and refunds
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where the checkout says they do. An organisation is responsible for any taxes it must account for separately.
- Stripe processes card and payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. HR Bridge records transaction identifiers and status but does not receive full card details.
- Access or fulfilment begins only after successful payment confirmation. A failed, reversed, disputed or refunded payment may suspend the associated paid feature, credit or subscription.
- Except for statutory rights, an express service commitment or an HR Bridge failure to deliver, employer business purchases and used or expired posting credits are non-refundable.
- Contact support promptly about an incorrect charge so HR Bridge has an opportunity to investigate and correct it. This does not limit any statutory refund, card-provider or chargeback right.
Verification and review decisions
You must provide authentic, current and legible evidence and respond truthfully to clarification requests. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or documents belonging to another person without authority.
HR Bridge may approve, reject, expire, suspend or request clarification for a candidate, employer or job record. Decisions are human-led and may be revisited if evidence changes, expires, conflicts with other information or appears fraudulent.
A verified badge records the completion of the applicable HR Bridge process at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, warranty, right-to-work determination, professional licence, credit reference or substitute for checks legally required of an employer.
Employer obligations
- Only advertise genuine vacancies you are authorised to fill and provide the business identity and contact information required by law.
- Ensure every listing is accurate and includes the role, location, work model, employment type, salary information, requirements and other material conditions requested by the platform.
- Comply with employment, equality, immigration, right-to-work, health and safety, advertising, recruitment-agency and data-protection law applicable to the role and hiring process.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully, request irrelevant or excessive candidate information, misuse verification materials, scrape candidate data or contact candidates outside an authorised recruitment purpose.
- Keep interview arrangements and decisions accurate, communicate changes promptly and treat candidates fairly and professionally.
- Complete any independent qualification, reference, safeguarding, criminal-record, right-to-work or regulatory checks required before engagement. HR Bridge verification does not replace them.
Candidate obligations
- Provide truthful information about identity, experience, qualifications, permission to work and other material facts.
- Only upload content and evidence you are entitled to use and share for recruitment and verification.
- Record or upload application videos that relate to the vacancy and do not contain unlawful, abusive, confidential or third-party material you cannot share.
- Review job information and make your own assessment of an employer and role. Report suspicious listings or communications promptly.
- Attend agreed interviews or communicate changes in reasonable time. Withdrawing an application may cancel associated interview arrangements.
Applications, decisions and interviews
Submitting an application authorises HR Bridge to make the relevant candidate packet available to that employer for the vacancy. Employers may progress, decline or arrange an interview. HR Bridge cannot require an employer to respond, interview or hire and cannot require a candidate to accept a role.
Interview messaging is for arranging and discussing the relevant recruitment process. Do not use it for harassment, unsolicited marketing, unlawful questions or sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Terminal application statuses may cancel or hide interview arrangements.
Your content and platform licence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HR Bridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, secure, review, format and share that content only as needed to provide, protect and administer the service and comply with law.
You confirm that your content is accurate where presented as fact, does not infringe rights, is not unlawful or misleading and does not contain malware. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for retained backups, audit records, legal obligations and copies already lawfully received by another controller.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent evidence, publish fake vacancies or manipulate verification, applications, billing or status workflows.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass platform security, access controls, signed links or account permissions.
- Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell or build a competing database from platform information.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, exploitative, sexually explicit or infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Do not use platform communications for spam, unrelated promotion, coercion or conduct that risks harm to another user.
Suspension, termination and account closure
You may stop using HR Bridge and request account closure. Some information may remain where needed for recruitment records, transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, legal claims or other legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
HR Bridge may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, material breach, fraudulent or unlawful activity, risk to another person, a regulator’s request or protection of the platform. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a complaint.
Termination does not remove rights, payment duties or liabilities that arose beforehand. Clauses intended to survive—such as confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, records and governing law—continue to apply.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep HR Bridge available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, repair or change features and may use reasonable limits to protect performance and security.
We may update these terms for legal, regulatory, security or service reasons. Material changes will be notified reasonably in advance where practical. Changes will not retrospectively remove an accrued statutory right. Continuing to use the platform after an effective change constitutes acceptance where the law permits; otherwise we will request fresh agreement.
HR Bridge intellectual property
The HR Bridge name, logo, platform design, software, workflows, documentation and original content belong to HR Bridge or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended recruitment purpose. They do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
HR Bridge is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its failure to use reasonable care and skill or by its material breach. HR Bridge is not responsible for an employer’s hiring decision, a candidate’s conduct, workplace acts, user-supplied inaccuracies, losses caused by events outside reasonable control or losses the affected user could reasonably have avoided.
For business users only, HR Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. Subject to liabilities that cannot be limited, aggregate liability arising from a paid business service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This business cap does not apply to consumer candidate services where it would be unfair or unlawful.
Confidentiality and data protection
Users must keep non-public verification, candidate, employer, application, interview and commercial information confidential and use it only for the authorised recruitment purpose. This does not prevent a lawful disclosure to an adviser, regulator, court or authority.
Each party must comply with applicable data-protection law. The Privacy Notice explains HR Bridge processing. Employers are responsible for their separate use and retention of candidate information after receiving it for recruitment.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
Raise a complaint first by emailing contact@hr-bridge.co.uk with the account, transaction or vacancy details and the outcome sought. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. This does not prevent either party seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, statutory complaint route or court where appropriate.
